1. Avoid processed food, 2009 would be the year you do the cooking and stay away from processed food. As you know processed food are associated with weight gain, diabetes and cancer, if you are serious in losing weight then you better eat less processed food but better yet don’t eat processed food at all and take whole food instead.

2. Avoid white food, white bread, potatoes, and rice are bad for your weight, they contain mostly sugar which would break easily in your digestion system raising your insulin resistance which lead to weight gain. Try brown food, like brown rice or bread crumb, it work better for your weight loss campaign.
